Taner, has lived in Lake Chapala and been involved in real estate sales lakeside for 15 years.
Originally, Taner came to Lake Chapala to invest in land and build homes to sell; Ajijic and the Lake Chapala area proved to be Taner’s ideal place to do just that. Taner has had success in his investments and also ventured into other aspects of real estate.

Land acquisitions, residential real estate sales, commercial real estate sales as well as new development projects sales in the Lake Chapala area.

In July of 2016, Taner opened Lake Chapala Realty to offer professional real estate services to our clients and to provide the best possible experience for lakeside real estate sales and purchases.
