Kristina Morgan (Broker)

As Broker and Owner of Lake Chapala Real Estate, I actively represent clients while also training, supporting and promoting the experienced agents on our team. Whether I represent you personally or match you with the right agent on our team, you benefit from my direct involvement, decades of local knowledge, and experience in real estate, construction and relocation. When you work with one of our agents, you also have the support of the brokerage behind you. You receive the personal attention of a knowledgeable agent, experienced broker oversight, honest guidance and support from the first conversation through closing.

I bring more than 20 years of experience living and working in the Lake Chapala area. I hold state and national real estate certifications in Mexico and am a member of AMPI and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). My background also includes U.S. experience as a licensed real estate agent and Broker, along with a state-issued General Contractor’s license obtained through the NASCLA Accredited Examination. This combination allows me to understand a property and transaction from several important perspectives.

My connection to Lakeside began when my family relocated here in the early 1990s. Three of my four children were born and raised here, and I have lived and worked within both the Mexican and expat communities. I understand that moving to Mexico involves much more than buying a house—it means learning how things work and deciding whether this community is truly right for you.

Before becoming Owner and Broker of Lake Chapala Real Estate, I served as Co-Director and Real Estate Liaison for Focus on Mexico, helping newcomers understand the relocation process and set realistic expectations.
