Alix Wilson

With more than 35 years in Real Estate, Alix Wilson brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and most importantly a genuine love of helping people find the right home or sell their current property.

Originally from Scotland, Alix began her real estate career in Sydney, Australia where she gained experience selling by auction & project marketing as well as general real estate before moving to Mexico where she has been part of the Lake Chapala real estate community since 2011. Her experience, local knowledge and extensive network have given her a deep understanding of the market and the many different reasons people choose to make this beautiful area their home.

Alix believes that buying or selling a home should be an enjoyable and personal experience (even exciting!) not simply a transaction. She takes the time to listen, understand what her clients are looking for, and guide them through the process with honesty, enthusiasm and attention to detail.

Over the years Alix has been recognized among the top performing agents in the area and in the C21 network in Mexico where she received many awards including the highest recognition of a Grand Centurion and member of Eagles Club.

Today Alix continues to enjoy working with long term residents and newcomers to the Lake Chapala area and is currently mentoring Andrew as part of the next generation following on!
