   My life's passion is helping people through providing commercial, legal and financial trustworthy guidance and solving problems. As a specialized real estate attorney, I have the leverage to make things happen. I ensure that the transaction is legally in order, a tax strategy and the right price among other issues. My goal is to make the process as smooth as possible.
 

My career has taken me from working in the trust department at Citi-Banamex, dealing with “fideiciomisos" (trusts), to practicing as an attorney in Mexico City, where I have an office. I also spent many years living abroad in cities such as New York, Paris, The Hague, Brussels, Bruges, Valencia, and Los Angeles. However, I have returned to live in Ajijic, where I spent wonderful times during my childhood and early adulthood.


   As an attorney, as Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and AMPI, I have the experience to deal with direfent cultures and issues. I speak fluent Spanish, French, and English, as well as basic Italian and German. I look forward to the opportunity to help you with your commercial, legal and financial real estate needs.
   I establish strong relationships with my clients, which often turn into friendships. I take pride in using my knowledge and experience to help people sell or find the perfect property.

    Uno de mis principales objetivos profesionales como abogado especialista es facilitar transacciones patrimoniales, proporcionando orientación comercial, legal y financiera fiable, así como resolver problemas. Mi objetivo es hacer que todo el proceso sea lo más fácil posible, aplicando mis conocimientos jurídicos, financieros así como mi experiencia patrimonial para facilitar la venta o encontrar la propiedad idonea, asesorando con estrategia fiscal, precio adecuado y que la transacción sea comercial, legal y financieramente correcta.


   Mi carrera profesional me ha llevado desde trabajar en el departamento fiduciario de Banamex, hasta ejercer como abogado y director legal en Ciudad de México en dónde tenemos oficinas. 
  Además de lo anterior, he trabajado y vivido en Nueva York, París, La Haya, Bruselas, Brujas, Valencia y Los Ángeles. Desde hace unos años radico en Ajijic, lugar maravilloso donde pasé increíbles temporadas durante mi infancia.
 Como abogado y agente inmobiliario con Certificación Internacional como Especialista en Propiedades (CIPS) así como por AMPI, hablo español, francés e inglés con fluidez e italiano y alemán básicos.
   Como consecuencia de la asesoría especializada que brindamos, establecemos relaciones a largo plazo con nuestros clientes los cuales a menudo se convierten en amistades.
